				<![CDATA[In the new portfolio web site I'm setting up for myself, I've decided to see what I can do about Domino's, and XPages' specifically, tendency towards ungainly URLs. An XPage URL, particularly an auto-generated one from, say, a view panel, can quickly become filled with undesirable elements - namely, ".nsf", ".xsp", "$$OpenDocument", "action=", and "documentId=". They all make sense and serve important purposes for the server, and to a certain extent URLs other than the main one don't matter, but I want a clean address bar, dang it.]]>

				<![CDATA[The resource aggregation function was introduced in Domino 8.5.3. It automatically combines the CSS and JavaScript files loaded on a webpage into a single file, thus reducing the number of requests on a page. 
If you use Bootstrap and enable the option, you'll find that it will break the links to the default Bootstrap images. The reason for this is the (virtual) location of the combined CSS file changes.

A possible solution is to create a simple css file that overrides the image location and add that to your page/ app.]]>
